Astra Group Powers Up with Six-Figure Deal to Supply Signage for Arnold Clark EV Charging Hubs

A signage company is charging ahead after securing a major six-figure deal in the electric vehicle sector.
Astra Group, based in Manchester, has been selected to provide graphics for Arnold Clark’s Charge-branded EV charging hubs across the UK.
The deal will see Astra Group deliver signage for over 500 chargers, including canopies, totems, and signposts, with the project set to be completed by the summer.

This marks another successful collaboration between Astra Group and Arnold Clark, following their previous work designing and installing signage for Arnold Clark’s Innovation Centres in Glasgow and Stafford, which support drivers transitioning to electric and hybrid vehicles. Astra Group also recently supplied materials for Arnold Clark’s new Doncaster dealership.
Jim Kerr, CEO of Astra Group, said: “As electric vehicles continue to grow in popularity across the UK, our charging infrastructure must evolve to meet the increasing demand. We’re proud to be contributing to Arnold Clark’s vision with a range of impactful structural signage solutions.”
Neil Lawson, Senior Project Manager at Arnold Clark, added: “Astra Group was the obvious choice for this project. They’ve worked closely with our civil engineers to ensure a safe and seamless finish for each charging hub.”
