    Hi everyone

one of my customers owns an mot garage, hes asked me for some small stickers to stick in customers car windscreens with mot due date etc.
he has some already that are a low tac paper sticker.

can anyone recomand any product either paper or vinyl that would be cost effective?

i think sign vinyl may be a bit too thick for this with it needing laminating?

    thanks rich

    Hiya Rich,

Why would vinyl be too thick?

Thinking outside of the box… what about a static cling, (no residue that way), or alternatively a standard Metamark vinyl like MD3 can be very cleanly removed but if you’re worried it would be too thick that might not be preferable.

Further to that – why would it need laminated?

Personal I’d use thicker vinyl than standard makes it easy for end user to apply, and easier to write on (mot due date)

all good answers, i was just worried about the cut quatity after laminating, but i guess theyre not going to be too intricate anyway, ive had a bit of trouble in the past when ive been doing large batches with the cut not been too accurate.

If customer is writing MOT due date on sticker – no lamination.

We use 150micron for stickers, produced 1000’s per week and don’t have an issue with the vinyl & cutting or contour cutting.
