  Novajet 750

  Hi Colin here Have a Novajet 750 , yellow not printing < I changed the Cartridges , still no yellow, Any Help with this would be Great , Thanks Colin

  Hi Colin, whats happend is the lead from the cartridge to the head has got air in it, after running dry. You need to make a document thats only going to print yellow, and run your machine as if printing 100% yellow.

  a power clean also brings the ink closer faster to the head.

  It might take you half a day to fill the line up again or maybe just 20 minutes, If you can see the line above the head you should be able to see if its empty or if it’s full of yellow.

  Printing out is the best way to bring it, or else you need to take the line off the head and bring the ink with a syringe, it’s not so easy.

  Just print 100% till it comes back and then stop your print job.
