I know from experience how hard a job like this is to do solo.
What sort of access did you use, trestles?
I particularly like the 3d effect on the front of the Luton 😉

yes I did the layout, customer didn’t want a full wrap and his other lorries also have large pictures on so kept it similar yet different yet simple.
Peter, I used trestles (you can see them in the picture at the far end of the lorry) Yes it was a lot of work doing it alone and had to do centre hinge for the graphics because of the rivets, the rear was done top hinge and let it hang so was a bit easier.
On a side note about the rivets, anybody doing graphics over rivets must must must get a Roller Pro, this is my first ever job with rivets and bought the roller pro just for this job to try out, I first used the rivet brush and thought what a load of sh1t, I’ll never get this lorry done in a month of Sundays 😕 Took the roller pro out and swoooooosh, entire row of rivets done (after a bit of heat of course) the difficult part was ensuring the was a full air gap/tunnel going all the way up for the air to escape otherwise it just creates a big bubble and creases (there was a bit of a learning curve 😳 ) once I go the hang of it I was flying through the rivets no problem and have no idea what I would have done without the roller pro (this is starting to sound like an advert :lol1: )
As for the 3D effect :lol1:

Good job Warren.
I nearly had one of those big mothers recently but I nearly had a stroke trying to work out what to charge.
In the end I think i went in to high, I was asking for three days labour, to cover myself.
would be interested to know what you asked for the job.

Nice job.
I saw the Roller Pro in action last month at a meet. I do not do wraps or big stuff like that, but it made rivets seem like child’s play.
