:lol1: i wont know mate as it takes me to the new one…
easy way to find out.
click this link. http://www.uksignboards.com
if it takes you to our website, but doesnt show a bar along the middle saying the site has moved server and giving a link to http://www.uksb.net
then your on the new server.if this is the case, ill have to check why your being logged out, do you have cookies enabled in your browser? i would imagine yes, unless you changed something in last 2 days.
also, when you login, do you click the little tick box that says remember my password or keep me logged in?
-
Clicked the link and came straight to the boards, I had to login, and I am ticking the box to keep me logged in, any sugestions? I havnt changed or deleted my cookies, alway stick to chocolate chip 😀

I was having the login problem, but it seems to be fine now.

no its not what you think dewi :lol1:
let me look into it mate ill get back to you here so if anyone else is having same problem they will know what to do.
-
I have seen people have that kind of problem before, it is sometime fixed if you log in with the keep the password box ticked, and then deliberatly click on the Logout button. Then log in again and all might well be back to normal.
It’s not the cache that causes this kind of problem it’s the “cookies” (no I can’t think why they called it that but they did 🙂 ) which I suspect there will be a button to clear somewhere not too far away from the one to empty your cache.

Everything seems normal now and has done all day, glad I didnt have to get rid of my hob nobs

quote d-ArkAngel:it’s the “cookies” (no I can’t think why they called it that but they did 🙂 )
Here’s my explanation for what its worth, but you’ll need to bear with me 😉
The web is a deep dark forest into which we’re cast – nah thats not workin’So how about cookies leaves crumbs
crumbs sometime leave a trail (data trail)
a trail leads you back to where you were lastor
Java script is named after coffee
you dunk cookies (if american) into coffee
the two combine to give sublime gratificationor
I need to lay down with some mild medication
in a darkend room for a day or two 😉or
I have suddenly become Bilingual and able to talk
(ef)fluent cr@pYes it is a slow work day so far 😉
