    Hi John
Dye sublimation inks can only be used on Epson printers due to the fact that the Epson does not heat the ink as does the HP, Canon etc.
I assume that the HP you are refering to is an inkjet printer, because there is an HP Laser, which is now out of production, but refurbs are available wich can use dye sublimation toner. However, this sytem is only suitable for gold/silver aluminium. It leaves some sort of residue on anything white.
    Cheers

    Hello John!
If you think about doing sublimation onto mugs with that, just forget it, it leaves grey tone even there is no print onto paper. If you want to buy sublimation toners for HP4550 laserjet I can offer you some, but the price is bit expensive, I bought them in US for 300$ each. And I don’t prefer you to buy them unless you think of doing sublimation only onto metal plates, they look perfect.
