A family-run firm in Flintshire has marked its 40th anniversary year by launching a new look website and brand new eshop. After months of hard work and commitment, the team at isGroup in Flint, who design, manufacture and install custom signage, are extremely proud to have launched the improved site. The main aim is to make the website easier to navigate, be more user-friendly and interactive, giving customers the option to purchase selected products online.
The company behind a number of award-winning installations, including the striking sign on the Storyhouse theatre in Chester, endeavour to provide client partners with the most accurate, up-to-date information and share their knowledge and expertise in the field of signage, product development and innovation.
A spokesperson for the company on Aber Park Industrial Estate said: “Here at isGroup we have been designing, manufacturing and installing cutting edge signage solutions to a range of sectors and pride ourselves on delivering quality solutions.
“As we look to the future and our 40th year in business there is no better time to expand and offer our products online – we are excited to announce the launch of our online shop.
“Our online shop provides customers with an extensive range of products, including our new collection of eco-friendly signage – which includes signage manufactured from recycled single use plastics, bamboo and FSC certified birch plywood.”
The main goal is to improve the user experience, as well as offer a service that would make it simpler for our clients to purchase our products.
Jane Whitehouse, CEO, said: “I am very excited to see the fruition of our work over several months to achieve our on-line shop launch for June. Well done to all those involved.
“It has been a very difficult period for the signage industry with the recent shutdowns, but we are positive that in our 40th year of trading we can all bounce back, using creativity in the marketplace and excelling in customer service.
“At isGroup we have our trademarked Way2Go wayfinding range of products that is being installed in many parts of the UK from small towns to large cities, as well as our expertise in customised signage operating in many sectors.
“Our new website showcases our latest projects, but what is most exciting to me is our use of sustainable materials to manufacture signs thereby reducing our carbon footprint.
“As we receive feedback and continue our research and development our range will expand to allow further products to be purchased online.”
Commercial Director Chris Whitehouse added: “I’m delighted to begin our next chapter with the launch of our new website and now the introduction of an online shop, the timing couldn’t be better with our 40th year of celebrations taking place this year.
“We have invested heavily in new equipment, technologies, and the expansion of our current premises to be more agile and responsive as business needs change. “
